This stuff is amazing!!! Tastes/mixes well (no chunky debris) and I'm not much of a fan of chocolate...recovery time is fantastic, feel like I could lift the very next day after a tough workout..value is also pretty good, and as far as post workout drinks, hits all the necessary BCAA's and proteins/carbs I need. Taste is awesome and the stuff mixes really nicely. I love that they take out the guess work by giving you the perfect ratios 2:1:1, which in return gives you optimum nutrition hence the name of the brand. I really like ON products. They are a solid brand that has been around for years and is well respected by the bodybuilding community. No overhyped products with bogus claims, just straight up quality!
