I have taken a few multi-vitamins, which all have been over-the-counter from Walmart, ect. Once i received the Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men and took 1 pill, 10 minutes later my mood and energy level increased. Even thought 1 serving is 3 pills, i take 1 with breakfast and another with my lunch and it does the job. Only bad thing about the product is the neon yellow urine lol.
