Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Builder is by far the best recovery drink that I have used. What I like about this product is I get my protein, and my recovery supplements all in one. Mix it with milk and it taste great!

This powder is nuts! It really stands by what it says and builds muscle after a hard workout, the only thing is unless you mix the strawberry with milk.

ON has always been one of my favorite companies in regards to supplements. Always high quality that you can depend on.Recommend to a Friend Effectiveness
Their protein is always one of my favorites especially the 100% Gold Whey Standard Line.
I have tried the Chocolate Shake flavor and was a little disappointed in the flavor. It tastes a little odd to me. Certainly not my favorite chocolate flavor.
The product itself is very high quality. The added Creatine is also a nice addition. I however feel the price point is quite steep in comparison to other similar proteins. Your much better to buy some Creatine Mono-hydrate separately and add it to your protein shake.
