This product mixes pretty well, which was my biggest concern. I'm not sure how effective it will be at this point, but it tastes pretty good, and my bros seem to be pretty big fans of Optimum Nutrition products so I'd say its pretty good.

Ive been using this product for the past 13 years and found that not only does it taste great, I get one of the highest amount of quality protein available in a supplement as well. Also one of my main reasons is the quantity of BCAAs and the vitamins and minerals in this supplement. When I find something that works for me, I stick with it. I tried Serious Mass before this and was not satisfied. The mix of SM is clumpy and would never dissolve thoroughly. Additionally, the protein per serving size isn't that high either.Use Again Effectiveness Total Rating Recommend to a Friend
Pro Complex is a whole different story. PC blends and dissolves easily and has a greater protein yield. Also tastes great.

Pro Complex is a great product that taste and works great. Most protein powders lack the taste but this is actually good. I use the rocky road and it works. Besides, you can't beat 55g of protein per serving. Also, by purchasing here, you save a lot of money. Tried buying it at the local nutrition shop and it cost almost twice the amount.
