I was wondering whether one scoop per serving is too much for one's body to digest all the protein (60g)and carbs (85) in a single meal? I read in some articles stating that our bodies take necessary amount and the rest turn and store as fat? if so, is it best to take half a scoop per serving?
thank you. - The amount contained in one scoop is not too much for one person to digest. The only time that excess will turn to fat is if you are eating more calories than you are burning.

Added it to my breakfast meal before my afternoon workout and drink another right after my evening workout. Definantly will help you gain if you want to ( i gained 5 lbs easily and could gain more if wanted to but I cut back a little - trying to maintain a certain weight for boxing) I enjoy the product.
