- Is this a good product for teenagers who are just looking to gain weight and excersize normally in the gym?
- This product is great for teenagers looking to add some extra weight. Just make sure this does not take place of a meal. It should be taken in addition to your meals.

- Will you be selling the smaller size soon? And if you did are the serving sizes still going to be the same? Also you have recommended that you serve the servings by half if your a beginner for the first week, is it possible to keep halving the servings for as long as you take serious mass and still become bigger? Lastly is serious mass a protein shake or more of a drink to pack on the calories?
- The reason we do not carry the smaller size is that it only contains 8 servings. We can special order this size if you would like it though. You could cut the servings in half and it would provide 16 servings then. Serious Mass is definitely a weight gainer and should be used to add additional calories.

- Yes the additional calories could add fat mass if you are already someone with a high bodyfat percentage. You may be better suited in taking a whey protein powder.

Serious mass is serious shit. No joke i used ot properly and i gained nearly 10 pounds in 2 weeks, and i trained hard. Ive only had vanilla and the taste was alright. I suggest you use a blender though, with so much powder and and so very little liquide to mix with its hard to stir correctly. I found it best to blend it with milk first then i added a banana and about 4 ice cubes. the ice makes it refreshingly cold and the banana adds more calories. very good product and i intend to use it again in a few months. Serious Mass by Optimum Nitrition is a high quality product. I actually use it as a meal replacement shake versus a weight gainer (due to the fact that I do not want to gain too much weight). I find by using this as a meal repalcement I am quite full after the shake and not hungry for a longer period of time. It has the protien and calories I need to maintain a high activity level.Taste Effectiveness
I have tried the chocolate and banana flavors and find them both to be quite good. I highly suggest you use milk to mix.

Being a hard gainer I felt at a loss with weight gain supplements. It seemed as if I was throwing away money until a friend informed me about ON Serious Mass. The only flavor I have tried is Vanilla. After sampling this product just once I shopped around online and ordered a 12lb bag. I love this stuff. Typically I use just a half serving (one scoop) at a time. With the exception of bed time. About 45-60 minutes before sleep I use a full 2 scoop serving. For added nutrition and flavor I toss in a banana and/or a small handful of frozen blueberries. Sometimes I even add in a teaspoon of peanut butter for added calories and protein. For a creamier shake definitely try adding some vanilla ice cream. For those of you who feel that mixing it with milk causes it to be too thick give this a shot. Use 16oz milk and 8oz water. Two parts milk & one part water and it won't be as thick. The only thing bad I have to say about Serious Mass is that a full serving can tend to make you feel uncomfortably full. Thus, the main reason I opt to take half servings. Hope this helps. Lately I have been ordering two 12lb bags of vanilla at a time and that usually lasts a full month for me. Like I said most of the time I only use half a serving except at bed time. I haven't noticed a single side effect from this supplement so give it a shot. Especially if you are a hard gainer with a Lamborghini metabolism. Go for it! (Posted on 5/15/11)Taste Effectiveness

Would definately recommend this product. I make it just over half strength of what the packaging calls for because it is just to think otherwise.
