Maximum Dosing:
Dose 1 (first thing upon waking on an empty stomach) – 1 cap Alpha-T2 + 2 caps OxyElite Pro
Dose 2 (6-8 hours post-Dose 1, empty stomach) – 2 caps Alpha-T2 + 1 cap OxyElite Pro
Do not eat for at least 30 minutes after dosing. Do not exceed 3 capsules of Alpha-T2 or 3 capsules of OxyElite Pro in any 24-hour period.

I have used this for just about a month. getting ready to order more. I had been stuck at a plateau and this helped me over it. I have lost 6 lbs this last 3 weeks, will weigh again Saturday for final total for the month. This stack will give you lots of energy..be sure to follow directions and start off slow if your not used to stimulants,,I have taken the OxyElite alone before and adding the T2 really helps it work better. Don't expect the pills to do all the work, you have to watch your diet and exercise. the pills help curb your appetite to help you stick to the diet and give you energy to work out.
