I did see and felt noticable change within the first week of using the pills. I didn't lose weight, however I did lose inches around my waist and my pants fit much better than before. I do excercise so that helped too but I am very happy with this product. I have recommended it to friends. I purchased these products with high hopes. I had seen them presented on Dr. OZ. I have experienced nothing positive physically. Althugh my experience with your company was pleasant , I am debating on if I should [urshased another month supply. I did not loose any weight or experience the loss of inches that other have. I have actually gained 6 pounds. I have felt bloated most of the time, This despite taking the pills as suggested faithfully for the last 3-4 weeks. I have been taking these supplements along with rebody safron with sateriel for almost two weeks and have lost 5 lbs so far. It all came off all of a sudden though I didn't see much of anything until after a week. I have cut my calorie intake and try to stay between the range of 1500 to 1600 calories a day and have been pretty satisfied with it. I have had sustained energy and my mood is more improved. I plan on writing a new review when im done with the bottles and will tell you more!Effectiveness Total Rating Recommend to a Friend Use Again
