I have to say that this really isn't working for me as well as it could if I would only stay away from the candy bars that I tend to consistently snack on while at work. The satiereal saffron hasn't curbed my appetite at all. However, I seem to have a BM after every meal. So, I suppose if I were actually eating less it would probably help. I don't believe in using pills to lose weight. However, Re-Body Satiereal Saffron Extract is not a weight loss pill but a supplement to curb unhealthy cravings. This really works! (Posted on 9/3/12)

Satiereal Saffron Extract is a good product. Weightless is going steady and I am loosing weight at a good rate. After more than a week cravings have decreases. I'm sleeping well and my mood has improved. (Posted on 8/31/12)

I'm a skeptic to any type of product that promises to help reduce your weight. I was swayed to try this by watching Dr Oz and felt I should give it a shot. Its been a week now and I have lost 3kg already. Most importantly, I lost the sugar craving and feel satisfied on a small-med meal. Its certainly worth the money and I would recommend this to all the skeptics (being one myself) - don't knock it till you try it. Congradulations to the designers of this natural product - HIGHLY IMPRESSED.

This product has truly helped in every way it promises to. It really keeps my hunger at bay. However, I have found that the dosage suggestions on the bottle needed to be altered for me for effectiveness. Instead of taking two capsules in the morning, I take one at a time, morning and afternoon, for an overall lasting effectiveness. The price is great too! (Posted on 8/10/12)

I was suprised that my cravings were gone. with the first capsule. I have a small breakfast then around 1 or 2 pm I'm still not hungery, I fix lunch for my husband, I normaly have yogurt and some fruit. Dinner rolls around about 6 pm I'm really not hungry. We have a small amount of meat, vegies, and as much salad that I want. I am not snacking at all. I feel full al the time and the amount of food I eat has decreased.My energy level stays up.I am not shaky. I don't feel like I'm ready to crawl out of my body.My heart doesn't does not race, my blood sugar stays the same, no highs or lows. I don't feel like my blood preassure is different than before. I am very pleased.

I have been taking this product for three weeks so far, and it seems to be working, but I am not sure if it's just in my head.
Up until the last few days, I used to have constant cravings,and would have daily indulgences. After ~2.5 weeks taking these capsules twice a day, my cravings seem to have subsided. All I can say is, I hope this frame of mind continues so I can begin to drop some weight. (Posted on 6/5/12)
