UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are also available for additional charges. Please note: UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please check the UPS Ground Time-In-Transit map on the FAQ page to check the estimated delivery time of your package once it has been shipped. Also note that if you place your order after 2PM CST it will be shipped the following business day. UPS does not count weekends as business or shipping days. For instance, if your order ships on Thursday and you live in a 3 day zone your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may go through UPS or USPS. However it is usually cheaper to go through USPS.

Shipments out of the continental US do not qualify for the flat rate.

Shipping costs to an improper/undeliverable address are not refundable and may be subject to additional charges. If you need to change your shipping address once it has shipped, there is a $10.00 charge that will be required in order to do so. We are charged this amount by UPS whenever an address correction is made. Please try & get a hold of us ASAP if this is the case so we can correct your address before your order ships & save you the $10.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to increased fraud and problems with deliveries, we are currently not shipping to foreign countries, except Canada . If you live in Canada & would like to place an order please call us at 708 478-8143. In order to place an order you must have an American bank issued credit or debit card. If it is not then your order will automatically be declined.

ORDER PROBLEMS
Please check your order for accuracy as soon as it arrives . Errors must be reported to BE$TPRICE NUTRITION within 72 hours of receipt. If the error is not reported within 72 hours , no refunds or exchanges will be made .

If your credit card is declining due to an AVS mismatch, that means you are not putting in the proper billing address. Your billing address is the address where your credit card bills are mailed.

RETURNS
All returns must be accompanied by a BEST PRICE NUTRITION Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number .

Call 1-800-499-4810 or email us at info@bestpricenutrition.com and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time you obtain your RPA number.

If you have already opened or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit depending upon the policy of the manufacturer. We will not refund your credit card for opened products. Orders more than 30 days old will not be returned . We will not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have received from a previous return of an opened item.
