Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm CST usually ship the same day. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate as we run a live inventory with our website. Therefore when you choose a product the website will display whether or not the product you are ordering is available or out of stock. If an item is out of stock and you decide to order it we will call or e-mail you within 24 business hours letting you know the status of your order. Our goal is always to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We’ll even chase down the DHL/UPS/USPS truck to get your order out the same day! Please note we do not split shipments so if you order an out of stock item we will wait for that item to return to stock before shipping your order.
Please note that in our efforts to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we require all new customers with orders flagged by BrainTree and Kount to undergo a verification process. If the order is flagged, we will require the customer to email us the authorization code for this transaction before we will process and ship the order. This authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking, and the authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction.
Standard shipping (4 - 7 business days < 1 lbs) or (2 – 5 business days >= 1 lbs) 48 contiguous states only: These packages are shipped for a flat rate starting at $4.99. Although we call this standard shipping these packages reach 99.6% of the country within 4 business days! This is due to our 10,000 square foot warehouse centrally located just outside of Chicago. For heavier packages shipped to a PO Box we will request a physical address. This is the best option to receive your package quickly at a great price.
UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available for additional charges. The fees for these methods are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
Free Shipping: If an item is marked for free shipping it will get you free shipping on just that item, so if you order just that item or other items marked for free shipping your order ships free. If you order other items not marked for free shipping the weight of the item(s) marked for free shipping is/are not included in the weight of your package and will be billed the flat rate (with the exception of ready to drinks).
Priority Shipping (2 - 4 business days) 48 contiguous states only: These packages are shipped for a flat rate of $7.99 to guarantee you will receive in stock items within 2 - 4 business days and is only applicable to packages < 1 lbs. Standard shipping (referenced above) for these packages has an average time in transit of 4.2 days so if you are not in a rush to get your package you can save $.
Military Mail (4 – 10 Days): We ship thousands of packages to military addresses every year. These are shipped via USPS Military Mail as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. These packages are shipped for a flat rate starting at $4.99. Please enter your address by filling in the appropriate fields with your address info. Your city will be APO, FPO, or DPO (rather than the actual city), the state will begin with Armed Forces in the dropdown, and since there are considered domestic shipments the country for these addresses is the United States.

Packages to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. UPS services are available for additional charges which will be displayed on the shipping page before you enter your credit card information. The charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

UPS Ground – Please check the UPS Ground Time-In transit map below to check the estimated delivery time of your package once it has been shipped. Here's our latest on-time performance summary from UPS (Please note this is the % of orders delivered within the time frame listed. For instance within 3 days 80.6% of packages arrived to their destination).
Please note UPS does not count weekends as business or shipping days. For instance if your order ships on Thursday and you live in a 3 day zone your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Shipping costs to an improper/undeliverable address are not refundable and may be subject to additional charges. If you need to change your shipping address once it has shipped, there is a $17.00 charge that will be required in order to do so. We are charged this amount by UPS whenever an address correction is made. Please try and get a hold of us ASAP if this is the case so we can correct your address before your order ships and save you the $17.00. Please allow extra time to account for weekends and holidays. Important: Please be sure to enter your proper billing address. This is the address where your credit card bills go. It is independent of your shipping address, which should be entered in the "shipping address" area.
Best Price Nutrition has been shipping International for over 10 years now. Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any tarrifs or customs regulations. We try our very best to keep up with the laws of both Canada and Australia however they do change often and we cannot be 100% sure that we are up to date on them so please check with your customs office. Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.
If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs when we receive package back.
It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & takes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs.
Honestly, it's impossible for us to keep on top of what is and is not allowed in every country. While we do our best to stay on top of Customs laws in most major shipping destinations, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a regular basis.
It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we're not able to offer a refund.
