Great shaker- works well with milk and protein. The ball that comes with it breaks up the protein so it is not clumped together when trying to drink it. Great product. (Posted on 3/8/11)

This is far and away the BEST shaker I have ever had. I probaly have received over 50 free shakers from companies over the years, they suck. I will gladly pay for a good one like this. (Posted on 7/20/09)
