This is a great product for the joints. But, you need to wait almost till the ned of the tub to relief some pain or notice the difference.

I am a 37 year old lifter who has arthritis in his knees and lower back. I started lifting for the first time about a year ago, and have recently started squatting three times per week again. I take a multi with joint support, and it didn't seem like it was quite enough. I added this, and my knees, ankles and elbows have never felt better! The only drawback is that it is a ton of of pills! If you can get past that, then this is an excellent product for sore joints. It is also conveniently packaged, and contains researched and proved ingredients. Highly recommended, especially if you are older and have any joint discomfort! (Posted on December 18, 2012)

I stole a couple of these from my boyfriend to see how it would react on my knees and ankles. I tore my ACL and shattered my ankle as a gymnast and now that I am older, those joints have a hard time keeping up with doing CrossFit. I tried a few off the Flex packets and they seemed to work. Joints felt more fluid and the pain I felt when lifting and squatting seemed to decrease. (Posted on December 18, 2012)

Animal Flex is a great joint supplement. I have tried many joint supplements in the past and this one by far is the best one. It helped my knee pain heal very well. While I was taking this supplement I was able to squat heavier and run longer distance without feeling any pain. There are a lot of pills in a pack but you only have to take it once a day and you don't have to cycle it. I would recommend this supplement to any one, whether it's a person who has joint pain or a person without pain and would like to keep their joints strong and healthy. (Posted on July 20, 2011)
