- how is m stak for a 17 year old? skinny 123 lbs and i wanna gain hard weight and muscle.
- M-Stak is recommended for individuals 18 and older. In your case we would recommend protein, creatine, beta-alanine and possibly a weight gainer to increase weight and muscle mass.

Cant believe Universal Animal Methoxy Stak cost only 28. here!!Taste Effectiveness
I tried it because it was meant for hard gainers. When I started on this product by the 2nd week I was noticing I was losing fat and putting on muscle doesn't say its a fat burner but I was still eating chips and fat food. I was lifting heavy and light at same time but minor gains , until i tried this , I couldn't believe that it actually worked. If you are a hard gainer and Get this product just lift heavy with low reps and u will notice a big difference . (Posted on 6/23/11)
