If you do not already know, this product is great for multiple purposes.. And the type of fish oil you purchase is VERY important. This is the more pure, and best price you can find for what you get out of it (Bestprice nutrition provides the most cost savings from what I've found).. I am subscribed to this fish oil (I spend $32 a month on this) and plan on doing it for the rest of my life. Why? Because in the end, I'm burning fat, helping my brain, cardiovascular system, and taking in the cleanest form of fish + daily requirements for bodybuilding/staying healthy.Effectiveness Total Rating Recommend to a Friend Use Again
