- Interested in starting a cycle of Universal Stak it says take 30 minutes prior to work out can i also use a pre-work product with this? Thanks
- You can still take a pre-workout supplement with the Animal Stak. It does not contain any stimulants and should not interfere with a pre-workout supplement.

Not sure why this is labeled as Stak2 on the site, it is the original Stak. False advertising. Anyways, seems to work pretty well so far, probably a 20% strength increase. We will see what happens in 3 weeks.Taste Effectiveness
RESPONSE: Universal removed the 2 from the labeling. This is indeed Stak2, just changed by the manufacturer, Universal Nutrition. Hope this clears things up. Thanks! (Posted on 11/16/10)
