I absolutely love this product. I have been using it for six months now and have seen a 40 pound fat loss. My boyfriend didn't like the idea of me trying diet pills so he tried it first for three months and then gave me the go ahead to try it. He did so much research, it was pretty sweet. This is a great product. I have used this product for several cycles. It does help to take a month break every now and then. I noticed it does seem to lose its effectiveness as far as weight loss after using for a couple months. I love the energy.. I would recommend it to a friend that has fitness goals and exercise knowledge. It is a strong product and would not recommend it to a casual user who is looking for a miracle pill. Used the supplement with my cutting program and got great results. Very effective so be sure your macronutrients are on point to loss max fat and not muscle. I've been taking OxyElite pro for two weeks now and it definitely gives me tons of energy and is a half-way decent appetite suppressant.Taste Effectiveness
The first week I had to force myself to eat, but now I definitely get hungry at meal times, but this helps a lot with snacking between meals and craving sweets. Normally at times when I would be grazing on food I don't even think about eating. Today was Thanksgiving and I stopped at plate #1 (I normally go back for seconds and even thirds), and I hardly could eat a half slice of cake for desert.
However, Yesterday I weighed myself for the first time since starting and I was disappointed to see that I haven't officially lost any weight. My clothes feel loser, and I feel better, but the number on the scale didn't budge. I find it hard to believe because I've been eating between 1,200 and 1,500 calories for these past two weeks, along with running 3 times a week and walking on my off days.
