Whey protein is a great way to make sure that you are getting enough protein in order to build muscle. For people who find it hard to get the protein necessary to make gains whey protein does a great job of helping with that. Also for people who are trying to make gains while on a budget, whey protein does a good job of providing relatively cheap protein.

Tried this protein as an alternative to my usual ON Gold Standard and Allmax Allwhey. I always like to use a whey shake after workout to help with recovery and get my overall grams of protein in for the day. Pretty good but the taste isnt quite as good. It does mix well and has very great macros. You get more protein per calorie and less carbs. I would recommend this if you’re looking for better macros and can do with a little less flavor.
