L-Carnitine is made to help transfer fat into your cells to be made into energy. It also is supposed to help reduce appetite and fatigue. This product may be able to give an extra edge to those who are already dialing in their routine and their diet. But for most people I would say focus on nailing a diet plan and you should be good to go. I personally find that it doesn’t make a big difference.

I am classifying this as a fat burner because it basically helps to shuttle fat through your bloodstream. This means that the fat that your body would normally store, is just passed through your body and does not stick. This is the same concept as fiber, which also helps shuttle fat through your bloodstream. I said that it was a con to have cartinine suppress your appetite, and it is if you are trying to do a lean bulk. But, if you are dieting and do not want to eat much, it helps.
