Not enough difference in homemade preworkout performance besides added flavor review by Jordan on 8/17/2016
I got this to add to my laundry list of ingredients I like in my preworkout because I was told by a friend that it would improve my workout. I was warned about the sour flavor it gives, but I generally like sour/bitter flavors and personally found this as a plus. I don't know if I would recommend this to a friend because I didn't notice much of a difference in my workouts. I will need to do some more experimenting with and without this product. Citrulline Malate is a very interesting supplement to take. It can really help increae bloodflow and therefore help get a bigger pump from working out. It is pretty cheap, and buying it in bulk like this from Allmax is pretty awesome because it makes it even cheaper than what it would normally be. I would probably choose this over many other pre workout supplements because this does not contain any artificial flavors or colorings.I like that about it.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.

Love Citrulline. I never choose a pre-workout with out...well I never used to. Now any pre-workout I take, I add a few scoops of this citrulline to it. I read the clinical dose is about 6-7 grams to get some awesome pumps and they were right. I mix this up with any pre-workout I am taking and the pumps are awesome. I mean can't bend your arm kind of pumps. Just stay away from it on leg day, can be tough to get low enough on squats with the pump going on in your legs!*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.
