Had trouble getting past 180lbs. Started taking 4 scoops per day, then 8 scoops per day. Eventually made it up to 195lbs in about 4 weeks. Very happy with those results. A big portion of the weight gain is muscle too (working out twice per day)...but I know some is fat too. I took it in the morning, pre-workout, post workout and then before bed. If you take only 2 scoops every few hours, you can mix it up in a blender bottle. More than that, you will need a blender. Tastes really good though. Okay, this is an absolutely very good product. It has great ingredients and good nutrition facts for a mass gainer product. However, I would really recommend staying away from it. If you are looking to put on weight, this is the product for you. This product has a really good profile, and I like how the amounts of each ingredient are fully disclosed. So far I only brought the serving packets, but the taste is really good and it has the perfect sweetness. I take 2 scoops twice a day. 2 scoops in the day and 2 post workout. I currently take Allmax Isoflex and added this to my daily supplements as I am trying gain some weight. Love the stuff. Same taste I get from Isoflex, which is awesome. It has a lot of calories, which is what I am looking for...as I don't have enough time to cook meals all day.
