Directions & Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily unless a higher dosage is recommended by your health care professional. Swallow or pull open the vegetarian capsule and sprinkle the tasteless powder on cold food or drinks.

works but might not be needed review by Lane on 10/12/2016This is a good supplement for kids. My only concern is that it might not be really necessary for kids. Unless your kids are having some bad digestive or intestinal issues, I would not really recommend them using this product simply because of the fact that it does affect your digestion in some way. I think the price is good for this product, and the results are also good. However, like I said, why take a product if it is not needed. For some kids this may be of great use though.
