Dud review by Michael on 8/30/2015
Biotest market this product saying "Burns 5x as much fat as diet and exercise alone" - This is bogus.
Hot Rox do have a thermogenic effect as well as a fat oxidisation effect due to the inclusion of Caffeine and Yohimbine HCL, which individually I recommend, however the dosages are very low so as not to cater to the widest range of people. When I tried this it made me hot, destroyed my sleep, and made me fall into the very same trap that many do when looking at fat loss tablets: it made me complacent with my diet.
Be clear, if your diet isn't on point you aren't going to get the results you want. Don't try to fill the void of discipline by throwing cash away. This does work (because of the two mentioned ingredients), but not nearly as much as how they are marketing it, and not nearly as much as how you are hoping it will.
