3 Protein Shake Recipes for Muscle Gains

3 Delicious Easy to Make Protein Shakes
1. Chocolate Banana Power Shake - 42-48 Grams Protein
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Tip: You can add a handful of oats for extra carbs and energy.
2. Berry Blast Protein Smoothie - 41-46 Grams Protein
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup water or milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: Use frozen berries to make it extra cold and refreshing.
3. Green Power Protein Shake - 23-29 Grams Protein
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup coconut water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy the green goodness.
Tip: The avocado adds healthy fats and makes the shake creamy.
