Dr Oz: Fix Bad Breath with Cinnamon Tea
On a recent episode of the Dr Oz show the topics were a bit more personal than usual. One of the topics being how to help your spouse who may or may not know that they suffer from bad breathe.
Dr Oz Cinnamon Tea for Bad Breathe
Dr Oz recommended drinking cinnamon tea before bed to help kill odor causing bacteria. Additionally eating an apple everyday has been proven to also help clean teeth of the same bacteria so be sure to end your day with an apple and some delicious cinnamon tea, or offer it up to your spouse with bad breathe under the guise of dessert and bad breathe be gone!
