White tea is less processed than other forms of tea, therefore the polyphenols, a type of antioxidant, are much more bioavailable. White tea also contains large amounts of ECGC, the antioxidant which helps prevent creation of new fat cells while fighting signs of aging, like wrinkles. Research indicates that these benefits can protect against various forms of cancer.
