One of our favorite recipes with PB2 powdered peanut butter is PB2 Oatmeal. As you know, oatmeal is a staple in many people's diets. But the oatmeal out there right now just doesn't taste the best and you don't get a huge amount of protein in it. But when you add PB2 to the oatmeal, this bland meal gets exciting!
PB2 Oatmeal Recipe

1/2 cup oatmeal (Whatever your favorite oatmeal is. Ours is McCann's Irish Oatmeal)
1 tablespoon PB2 (Chocolate or Peanut Butter)
1 tablespoon brown sugar or Splenda
2/3 cup to 1 cup skim milk
The Easy Steps:
1) Place all ingredients from above in a microwave safe bowl. Make sure it is microwave safe! The staff here has messed up this step a few times!
2) Stir Oatmeal.
3) Heat Oatmeal on high for 90 to 120 seconds.
You will get a delicilious tasting peanut butter or chocolate oatmeal that is much better than your plain old oatmeal, but much more nutritious too!
