Forskolin is found in the root of the herbal plant in the mint family. It has been used for thousands of years for heart trouble. Forskolin helps naturally increase a signaling molecule in our bodies called cyclic adenosine monophosphate, or cAMP. In turn, cAMP supports blood vessel relaxation and healthy heart muscle contractions.
Positive Effects:can clear up skin disorders such as acne and psoriasis as well as aids in sleep disorders like insomnia.
Negative Effects: increase in bleeding and can interfere with some heart medications.
This Forskolin supplement contains 50mg per capsule. Dr. Oz recommends 125mg in the morning, but Lisa Lynn from the show recommended to start off slow, so having a 50mg dose works perfectly. We recommend taking 1 capsule each morning and 1 capsule each night to match Dr. Oz's recommendation.
