On my first day of taking Caralluma Fimbriata I took the pills at around 6 pm, an hour before dinner time. When dinner was ready at about 7 I didn’t even finish my whole plate. I just wasn’t really interested in eating and then after dinner I just tidied up and watched T.V for a couple of hours and then went to bed. Getting a snack didn’t even cross my mind!

There are no side effects other than a slight increase in thirst. I drink water all day, so increasing that intake is okay. No light headedness, stomach upsets, or intestinal disruptions. I limit my salt intake very closely, but I noticed I have even less desire for salted foods when taking Caralluma. And sweet intake is reduced significantly. I'll stick with it and see what happens over the winter - my worst season for eating comfort foods!
