Clothing Brand Gym Shark Drops a Preworkout Supplement Called "Gym Shark Pre"
The Fitness Apparel company Gym Shark has spent the past several years being dominating the world of fitness apparel, now they're getting into the supplement and sports nutrition game. Gym Shark has just dropped an all new preworkout supplement called Gym Shark Pre, which is currently on the Gym Shark website and is selling in the UK as well as the US.
The formula behind Gym Shark isn't going to wow you, but it's a solid well rounded beginner preworkout. You can checkout the full supplement facts panel and ingredients below. The formula contains 4 grams of Citrulline Malate which is a little light for a pump, we'd also prefer to see L-Citrulline as opposed to Citrulline Malate. It also contains 3.25 grams of Creatine Monohydrate, 2 grams of Beta Alanine, 200mg of Taurine, 200mg of Caffeine, and 100mg of TheaCrine. One could choose to double scoop it and double the ingredients bringing it to 400mg of caffeine and 8 grams of Citrulline Malate as well as just over a full clinical serving of creatine, but then you're only getting 15 servings per tub.
The all new Gym Shark Pre is now available on the Gym Shark website in a single flavor of Blue Raspberry. The tub say "Limited Edition Pre-Workout" so we're unclear if this is going to be a permanent offering, or whether this is a limited edition version just to test demand. Those wanting to grab a tub can pick one up on the Gym Shark website for 30 GBP which is around $36 or $37 per tub.
