Insane Labz STRAIN Hemp Pre Workout Review

Insane Labz is a brand known for putting out high quality, hardcore, and hard hitting pre-workout supplements like their Psychotic, Manson, I Am God, and Pennywise Pre Workout Supplements which are all hits among our customers. One Insane Labz Pre Workout which has been on the market for a while but hasn't gotten a ton of attention is the brands Insane STRAIN Pre-Workout. What makes Strain unique? Strain is the first and only hemp infused pre workout on the market and contains patented branded USA Grown nextHEMP along with AMPiberry, another popular ingredient in a lot of Insane Labz Pre Workouts. 

Insane Labz Strain contains hemp and clearly decided to run with the "Green" theme of this product both in the packaging design as well as the flavor names. Strain comes in three flavors including Pineapple Express, Tropical Haze, and Blueberry Yum Yum. We sampled the Pineapple Express flavor which tasted like a Pineapple Soda.

In terms of the formula, like most Insane Labz formulas it does contain a proprietary blend so we don't know the exact dosages of the ingredients, however after taking Strain I am confident it's well dosed. Strain contains a 6.8 gram proprietary blend with Taurine, Beta Alanine, Tyrosine, Betaine, Caffeine, AMPiberry, Hemp Extract and Rauwolfia Vomitoria. 

While Strain doesn't appear to be very stim heavy, it oddly enough does pack a good punch and gives plenty of energy. The one dosage we do know is the caffeine and Strain contains a moderate 150mg of caffeine per serving. The two biggest things I noticed taking Strain was the focus and mind/muscle connection this formula gave, as well as little to no soreness following a workout. Normally after a tough chest day I experience a lot of soreness in my chest but it was noticeably minimized both times I tried Strain. 

One thing I would be really curious to know is how much hemp extract is actually in Strain, however due to it being a proprietary blend we don't know that unless Insane Labz decides to reveal it and we haven't been able to find anything on the brands website telling us the dosage of the nextHEMP Extract.
