Ronnie Coleman Signature Series King Whey is a premium whey protein that should be coming out early 2016. This will be a straightforward formula that will feature just protein. It will offer 25 grams of protein which 20 grams will be from whey concentrate and 5 grams being whey isolate.
So far only two flavors have been introduced, which are Chocolate Brownie and Vanilla Frosting. Chocolate Brownie will offer 69 servings and Vanilla Frosting will offer 73 servings. 4 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of sugar, 1.5 grams of fat, and only 130 calories will go along with the 25 grams of protein for King Whey.
Whey concentrate is a liquid bi-product that you get when making cheese. When you remove the water and casein from the bi-product, then you are left with whey concentrate. It is considered to be the most efficient and economical form of protein and is rich in BCAA's and glutamine to help build muscle, definition, and aid recovery. Whey isolate uses a process called cross-flow micro-filtration to help seperate the protein from fat, cholesterol, and lactose. This helps make this a purer protein.
