Actual Candy Brand Sour Strips Candy Product Review

We recently got our hands on a pack of Actual Candy brand's Sour Strips, so in today's post we're going to be bringing you a review of this great tasting sour candy. You know it's funny Sour Candy is nothing new, I recall being a little kid eating Sour Patch Kids at the movies until the the roof of my mouth got irritated and my skin started falling off, and I recall loving Sour War Heads and Tear Jerkers Bubblegum. So it's kind of a surprise that Actual Candy Sour Strips are taking the internet by storm, in large part due to popular Social Media Influencers talking about and reviewing them. 

So Sour Strips are from a company called Actual Candy. These tasty and truly sour strips are 4 pieces to a serving size and feature 117 calories with just 0.7 grams of fat, 5mg of Sodium, 26 grams of Carbs, and 20 grams of sugar. While these definitely aren't a healthy treat, there's definitely worse candies you could be eating, heck a bottle of Yoohoo Chocolate Drinks contains close to 50 grams of sugar. Sour strips come in 7 flavors including Wild Cherry, Pink Lemonade, Green Apple, Tropical Mango, Rainbow, Blue Raspberry and Strawberry. 

As far as the taste and texture, we were blown away. So many candies claim to be sour but aren't actually that sour. Well that's not the case with Actual Candy Sour Strips, these things are truly sour and will definitely make your mouth pucker. The texture of Sour Strips Candy is spot on as well, not too hard but also not too soft where a lot of gummy candies are too much like fruit snacks and a bit too soft. 

We were able to try all 7 flavors and while there wasn't a bad one in the bunch, I'd have to say my favorites were either Blue Raspberry or Sour Apple, which just so happens to be two of my favorite flavors when it comes to BCAAs or Pre Workouts as well.
