Update On Axe & Sledge's Home Made Meal Replacement Bars
Back in early January we told you about how Axe & Sledge made an announcement they'd be turning their Home Made Real Food Meal Replacement powder into a functional food meal replacement bar, however at the time we didn't have a lot of details in terms of what to expect, outside of a few flavors. Well, Axe & Sledge have dropped some additional info in terms of what we can expect.
The All New Axe & Sledge HomeMade Bar will feature ingredients like honey, nut butter, sea salt, and natural sweeteners including both monk fruit and stevia. Flavor dependent they will also have ingredients like peanut butter, chocolate chips, and protein crisps.
As far as the macros go were going to be looking at around 18 grams of protein, around 22 carbs, 15 or so grams of sugar, 10 grams of fat, and a fairly hefty 240 to 270 calories, although keep in mind this is a meal replacement bar, not just a snack bar or your typical protein bar. The bars will also feature 21 grams of protein.
These all new Axe & Slege HomeMade Bars are going to initially release on the Axe & Sledge website tomorrow evening, January 20, at 8PM Eastern Time. We're hoping to get our hands on these very soon as those of us around the office are dying to try them. We'll bring you more information as we learn more.
