Then one reason that a lot of people are kind of interested in this and very hopeful for this ingredient is the World Anti Doping Agency added this to their watch list in 2020. Yeah. I think the main reason for that is because of the numerous studies that there's been out there on Ecdtsterone. I put a write up together. I'm going to go into some of the studies for you. One study found that Beta Ecdtsterone had a 20% increase in protein synthesis and that's the key... Protein synthesis is the key to building strength and more muscle mass. There's another 10 week study on Ecdtsterone that with people that train, they saw 4.5 pounds of lean muscle mass from a natural muscle builder, which is that's really good. Other studies... Let me give me one from the National Research Institute Sports in Moscow, which they've been talked about in the past for different compounds that their athletes have used. The study there they did on all their athletes, they noticed improved endurance, improved speed, improved recovery, and a better muscle to fat ratio, which is really nice to have.

John:
The things that people talk about anecdotally, reads like a wishlist of health and fitness. Most of the studies we've seen have to do with protein things and muscle recovery, but I've seen higher red blood cell counts, more positive, confident mentality. There's a lot of bone density, lot of stuff. This would stack really well with Turkesterone to really kind of amplify the results. I know you were saying Turkesterone, we've heard a lot that people are finding it's great for cutting. This seems to be a little bit better for mass, whereas Turkesterone a little bit more geared towards the cutting.

Jeff:
Exactly. It's been anecdotally... I'm personally going to try this out and I'm going to stack it with Turkesterone. Maybe I'll get kind of a blend of both, because one thing with the Ecdisten or the Ecdysterone is that one of the positive benefits of this product is the muscle sparing. A lot of you right now, it's the springtime I'm dieting. There's probably a lot of you that are dieting as well. You'd like to hold onto as much muscle mass as possible. I don't like to lose muscle. I don't think anybody does.

John:

Yeah, exactly. I'm going to stack them together and again guys, the nice thing about this product is it is all natural. It's actually something women can take. The benefits of this there's no androgenic negative side effects. Body hair or gynecomastia or hair loss, this is not going to affect you there. No testicles shrinking that people worry about, that we get questions all the time. You're not going to have to worry about that with this product. What else do we have here? Again, if you've taken this before, the quality of the actual ingredients, there's some quality issues with this stuff.

With Turkesterone and, I imagine all of the phyto steroids, it's a tough ingredient to source. Like you said, there's definitely varying quality. If you tried this from another brand in the past and thought it's BS, give it another try, High Tech stuff is all tested. It actually contains all the ingredients they say it to. I think it'd be worth giving it another try.

Yeah, exactly. The people that I would recommend this to... Women, more women are looking to build muscle ever than ever before. This would be a great product for a woman to take. For men as well, if you're looking to build muscle, if you're looking... If you're dieting and want to hold onto as much muscle as possible and don't want to take any type of pro hormone or steroid, SARM, that kind of thing, this would be a great product for you as well. Other than that, you know...

With a PCT or between pro hormone cycles as well?

Yes. Yeah, because we recommend Turkesterone... Exactly. After a PC. That's a good point. If you're jumping on a PCT, you want to continue to build some muscle up. This would be a good one to take and John's right. You don't need any kind of PCT with this product either. Definitely if you're interested in this, I would try stacking with the Turkesterone. We'll probably stack it.
