Merica Labz Patriot's Whey Protein Powder A Favorite Here Around The Office

And we let you guys know about new products coming in. In today's video, we're not going to be talking about a new product. We've had this one for a couple years, but I don't think we've ever done a video about it. This is one of my favorite protein powders. You were actually the one who turned me onto this one.

Jeff:
Yeah, I mean, if you could see it in the bottle, there's a reason why it's so good. Got those little fruity Lucky Charm-looking marshmallows in there.

John:
I think 'Merica Labz is a company a lot of people kind of sleep on. I know a lot of people are scared to try new products. Nothing worse than buying something and realizing that you hate it, but I've tried their pre-workout. I know their Pump Pre-workout Stars 'N' Pipes, is the most popular. Their energy drinks are fantastic, the cream soda.

Jeff:
Oh, my God, yeah. Yeah, this brand is amazing.

John:
Well, you know what's kind of nice about them, too? I know Lean Whey and a lot of other companies are starting to put chunks of stuff in their protein powders, but these guys have been doing it for years.

Jeff:
I think they were one of the first. I think Trutein, a while ago, and their 'Smores had little marshmallows, but these guys were the first ones I remember that they had the Lucky Charms-looking ones.

John:
But I think the Lucky Charms, or the Fortuitous Flakes, as they call it, I think that is most people's favorite. Personally, I really like the Independence Cake, which has sprinkles. It's like vanilla or buttercream birthday cake, kind of thing.

Jeff:
Oh, with the different flavored sprinkles, yes.

John:
Yeah, they got Oreos. They got 'Smores. They got a ton of great flavors. And so just running through here, we got 140 calories, two-and-a-half grams of fat, five grams of carbs. Not bad there. 25 grams of protein, and then you got all your aminos and everything else.

Jeff:
I think most wheys are around 120 calories. May have a little bit less fat and a little bit less carbs, so that's going to be the reason this tastes a little bit better, I think. And for the taste, I think it's worth the extra 20 calories.

John:
Absolutely. It's yeah, 10, maybe 20 calories more than some of the lighter ones.

Jeff:
Definitely.

John:
