SNS Focus XT Nootropic Energy Formula Supplement Review (Storming Grape Limeade)

John:
Somebody needs some Focus XT today.

Maddie:
The flavor is storming grape limeade.

John:
Okay, so this is actually one of my favorite supplements. Jordan Plantiko, IFBB pro, used to work at our west Dallas store, actually introduced me to this. And one of his morning stacks was actually Focus XT with 500 to a thousand milligrams of phenibut. Awesome way to start the day. He kind of turned me onto this one. I've since started playing around with some other ones. I really like the MyoBlox Skywalk as well as, for a stim-free option, the NutraBio Alpha EEAA. This stuff is really good though. SNS was kind enough to send us over a sample tub to try for this video, though I have tried this in the past. Have you had their candy corn version?

Maddie:
I have not.

John:
They had one of the most unique flavors I've ever seen in a pre-workout slash focus supplement. They did a delicious candy corn flavor. But what this is going to be, this is going to be kind of like a coffee alternative. If you're not a coffee drinker, or if you're looking for something that offers a little bit more in the way of mental focus, clarity, concentration, some more nootropics. This is a great alternative to coffee. Not a ton of caffeine, but probably equivalent to about two cups of coffee.

John:
We also got nootropics like, what do we got here? We got tyrosine, choline, alpha-GPC, L-carnitine, L-theanine, which kind of helps to kind of mellow out the little bit of stims that we do have in here. Lutein, huperzine A, and a couple different types of caffeine. So this isn't going to get you all stimmed out, but it's going to give you a good amount of energy. And if you pop a phenibut with it as well, goes really nicely too. So we're going to be giving this one a try. This is one of the newer flavors, storming grape limeade. And this one is sugar free. Also, just so you guys know, they do have a stim-free option. I haven't tried that one, but they have a stim-free fruit punch.

Maddie:
Okay.

John:
Do you take a lot of nootropics? Have you tried like Skywalk or any of the others?

Maddie:
No.

John:
No? It's kind of a gloomy day coming off the weekends. We could all use a little bit of focus today.

Maddie:
I need it. Hmm.

John:
What do you think?

Maddie:
I think it's pretty good. It's very more grapey than lime.

John:
You know, a lot of times with stims in nootropics, or really anything that's heavy with active ingredients, it tastes bitter, but this actually tastes really good.

Maddie:
Yeah. It's really sweet.

John:
Mainly grape. Maybe a little hint of limeade.

Maddie:
Yeah, definitely. Just what I need.

John:
And you know, with some of these, if I do a full shaker of this and some phenibut, I actually feel a little tickle in the brain.

Maddie:
Really?

Yeah it definitely feels like it works. And so we have a training coming up in a couple weeks here. It was supposed to be today. Thanks Jeff. But this would be perfect for a day that you really need concentration, focus, to be paying attention. They say it right here on here. It's great for students, if you're a gamer or play e-sports, great for fitness enthusiasts who need some focus in the gym, teachers, nurses, anybody who lives a hectic lifestyle, even before a road trip. And I was kind of surprised to see from the reviews, this is kind of more of like a G FUEL kind of energy nootropic. But a lot of people in the reviews are saying they use this as a pre-workout. So if you're not a huge stim head, but you want some energy and some focus before heading to the gym, this would be a great option.

John:
