What is Egg Albumen?
The egg white is known as the albumen. Within an egg is 4 layers of thick and thin albumen and contain approximately 40 different proteins. Albumen is the main component in an egg white along with water.

If you like a thicker protein shake, something like Allmax Hexapro or Metabolic Protizyme, you're going to love Black Magic's Protein. This blend has a thick milkshake consistency. I've tried the PB and the Horchata, both were fantastic. I like that this one is fairly lean as well with only 125 calories.
Love blends because they contain both fast and slow digesting proteins so fuel for my muscles as well as muscle recovery when I sleep. This stuff tastes great as well, go with the Blueberry Muffin, you'll thank me later.
Been seeing this protein powder all over social media from OppermanFitness to Jack O'Neill and others so I had to try it. I love it!
