Whey protein isolate is an ultra-fast protein that gets to your muscles faster than any other protein as well as being low in fat and sugar. Iso-ology adds the ultimate muscle building amino acid, leucine, which has been widely studied and shown to be the key anabolic trigger for the building of muscle. Iso-ology contains a massive 5g of leucine in each scoop which means that recovery from exercise and synthesis of new muscle tissue is optimised. Leucine is commonly considered the most anabolic amino acid because of its important roles in stimulating muscle protein synthesis via initiating the mTOR cascade, acting as a nitrogen donor to help create positive net nitrogen balance, and producing an insulinogenic response that promotes amino acid absorption.
