I think this might be the best pwo without caffeine, but it still doesn’t hit the spot. but i think after training all the time using caffeine supplements its hard to tell if this is good compared to other non- caffeine supps because i have not tried any others.
overall, i would still use this product during night trainings but i will always use caffeine products for day training.
The cinnamon flavor is pretty overpowering and leaves a bad aftertaste but other than that, great pre-workout with so far no negative side effects. The only people who have something negative to say about this product are the ones that have been using a caffeinated one and switched. Of course it isn't going to give you energy like a stimulant, but I have a noticeable difference in focus and pumps for sure. I've even noticed it lowers my recovery time and DOMS don't completely wreck me the next day.
Guess I'll have to try the fruit punch next, I stack this with the wheybolic fruit punch before my workouts.
Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake). NON-TRAINING DAYS: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach.
