I've been taking this brands Preworkout for a while now, love the company and love CR3. Gives a great pump at teh gym and I've noticed additional strength as well.
I'd actually been shopping for a creatine supplement and an agmatine supplement looking for a better pump at the gym. I noticed CR3 contained both ingredients so picked up a bottle and thus far am happy with the results.

Take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to working out. On non-training days you can take 4 capsules per day in divided doses about 6-8 hours apart.
