Directions

For infants 6 months to 1 yr: 1/4 teaspoon daily
For children 1-5 yrs: 1/2 teaspoon daily
For children 6-12 yrs: 1/2 teaspoon 2 times daily

Sprinkle serving in Water, Juice, formula or Food.
For optimum storage, refrigerate after opening.

Very good for children

I got this product for my friends baby. She told me it is very easy to use. The reason I got it was so the child can have many health benefits such as a better immune system. I def recommend this product.
