Great product

You can't go wrong with PES products, and Amino IV is no exception. I take it during my back and leg workouts and it helps with endurance and I've also noticed a decrease in DOMS. It mixes great in a shaker cup. I've only tried two flavors so far. I'd only give the blueberry 4/10 but the watermelon flavor is a solid 9/10.

It was okay

This product was okay, I was pretty disappointed since I love all of PES's other products. It is a decent bcaa, but there are much better out there. The smell and taste of these was pretty bad and was nothing like cherry limeade at all.

overall a good product

Amino IV really helps with muscle fatigue and maintaining muscle mass, it gives me that kick start to cardio first thing in the morning. I also take this one a empty stomach and have not had any issues.

Does what it says

I've been taking Amino IV for about two weeks now and have definitely noticed decreased soreness and extended performance during workouts. I take two scoops and start drinking right before my workout and through it. My post workout has an additional 5 grams of aminos and 23 grams of whey protein. As for the flavor, I've had a lot of blueberry flavored things in my life. From pies to popsicles, and this tastes nothing like blueberry. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad flavor. In fact, it reminds me of those Flintstones chewable vitamins I took as a kid, and I always enjoyed those. But, it's nothing close to blueberry. I do like how it's not overly sweet. It's subtle. Overall, for the performance return and price, I don't think you can beat the product. I'll continue to use it and will re-up once it's runs out.

Great product!

Recently switched to PES products after using a few different brands, and I love the taste. I've heard some BCAAs are pretty gritty and don't taste too well, but I take this during workout and sometimes between meals and it's great. Blueberry is my favorite!

Easy Mixing, a top shelf recovery blend!

I was attracted to Amino IV because of the 10:1:1 BCAA ratio, but the taste was spot on as well. It mixed well with minimum foaming in water as well as Powerade. Recovery benefits included decreased DOMS and longer lasting muscle fullness and increased vascularity. I have been utilizing it for intra workout as well as a scoop in my pre-workout cocktail. Its never to early to get a jump on the recovery!

Terrific product for terrific workouts

I am on my second tub of this stuff and it is now a staple product for me. It is great for increased endurance in my workouts as I use it intra-workout. Once I started taking it my workouts were not as grueling at the end and I increased size across the board. I suspect that the 10:1 ratio with the increased l-leucine is the reason. Lastly the electrolyte blend has certainly helped my hydration as well.

Let's get the following out the way first: I'm on my possibly my 6th or 7th tub of Amino IV at the moment. After the initial PES Insider sale, I bought all my other tubs from BPN due to them having the best pricing on the product (and they were giving away free bags with each tub). I've thought about changing up my aminos but I just couldn't because of the value and quality here with Amino IV. Now let's get to why I love this product. The profile is simply hard to beat and you're getting a legitimate 30 servings that are just loaded with good stuff. You have the high leucine BCAAs (10:1:1 ratio), the added HICA, the EAAs (EAAs are what you want during intra since the leucine and HICA will kick start mTOR whilst the EAAs provides the other pieces for muscle building), excellent hydration complex, nice B vitamin complex, and the cherry on top being the lemon verbena for improved pumps and endurance. All this comes down to less than $1 per serving and you get a full 30 days supply. Cherry Limeade is also the way to go on this one people :D
