Flora fresh pressed flax oil is perishable and should be refrigerated at all times. The pressing and expiry dates are stamped on each bottle to ensure freshness. The shelf life is six months refrigerated, or one year frozen.
Directions/Dosage:
Shake well before using. Take 1 tbsp. up to 3 times daily. Use uncooked only (on salads, on cooked foods, in yogurt, etc). Flax Oil can be frozen to maintain freshness. It is delicious in salad dressings, sauces, power shakes, and in place of butter on bread and vegetables.
