Directions

A Supplement that really Helps!!

I am a 43 year old woman with a long history of endocrine issues. In recent years I have tried many Omega 3-6-9 and DHA supplements in an effort to help stabilize my changing hormones and the resultant extremely negative side-effects that accompany this change in my life. I can say with certainty that Oceans 3 Healthy Hormones has proven effective in helping me manage this. It is the only thing I have found that works for me and due to my limited finances I am only taking the lowest dose. If I could afford it I would be supplementing with 3 times as much for optimal results. As a degree holding Integrative Health and Wellness Educator, Advanced Yoga Therapist and former certified Personal Trainer, Insanity instructor and fitness teacher, I highly recommend this Garden of Life product for supporting the regulation of hormones and the adverse side effects that go along with such imbalances and fluctuations. I have found that this supplement makes all of the difference for me personally. I have been using it for a couple of years now. My vitamin purchase.

I have used this vitamin for about 4 yrs now and really like them! I bought them on Amazon previously but decided to see if I could find a better deal and I did with you!

Great Product

After about one month of use (I only take 2 per day because I'm gone during the day) my hot flashes are almost non existant and night sweats are less intense and I have more energy, and not all of the cravings for carbs that plagued me throughout menopause. Also the vitamins are good for you and your overall health. Can't beat it, I tried everything else over the counter and black cohosh they would work for a little while and then all my symptoms would come right back. I've been taking Oceans 3 healthy hormones for about 3 months now and I just keep getting better. So keep with it and they do everything they say they will with all the benefits of natural vitamins also have a slight strawberry taste thats pleasant.
