Garden of Life RAW Probiotics for Kids Children’s Probiotics Dosage

For children 3 months and older, start with 1/4 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to full serving of 3/4 teaspoon daily (1.6 grams) or use as directed by pediatrician. May be mixed in infant formula, milk, water, juice or sprinkled on food such as yogurt, apple sauce or cereal.

Daily for My Kids

I use these probiotics on a daily basis for all these of my kids. They haven't been sick all winter either. I personally take the adults version and haven't been sick for over 2 years. I swear by these. Thank you Garden of Life.
