The formation of the NoGii brand has been a complete passion project for Elisabeth, from being involved with the original logo and packaging design to product formulations. With her family and friends as a focus group, the NoGii brands of nutrition bars have successfully been formulated for everyone. Gluten-Free diets should not be a burden for anyone and hopefully as trends change this will become more and more a reality, but in the meantime solutions like these help make Gluten-Free much more convenient.
