Citrulline Malate Supplement - Nutrakey Citrulline Malate

Nutrakey Citrulline Malate helps enhance pumps, improve nutrient delivery, and improves muscle performance. The main and only ingredient, L-Citrulline Malate, is an amino acid used as a sports performance and cardiovascular health supplement. L-Citrulline has been shown to reduce fatigue and improve endurance for both aerobic and anaerobic prolonged exercise. While supplementing your body with L-Citrulline, it increases ornithine and arginine plasma content. This helps improve the ammonia recycling process and nitric oxide metabolism. Ammonia is a toxic result of muscle metabolism which decreases your performance. So, removing the ammonia from your body will help you improve your performance and recovery time. Introducing Nutrakey Citrulline Malate!!

Nutrakey Citrulline Malate Benefits

  • Increases Nitric Oxide Production

Awesome part of custom pwo

I have my own set of food scales and so a few months ago I ordered the following from BPN: Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder 2000 grams, Now Foods Beta Alanine Powder 500 Grams, Nutrakey Citrulline Malate 200 Grams. Already had 200mg Caffeine tablets laying around. The other week I ran out of C4 and so finally gave it a go. The Citrulline Malate reduces muscle fatigue and muscle soreness, and boosts your nitric oxide levels allowing you to train heavy for longer. All I can say is WOW! I have not had a response like that since the first time I tried Jack3d all of those years ago! Highly recommended IF you have your own set of scales to measure out the ingredients, as you can make sure you are getting enough of what you need, and make sure you aren't getting too much (please do your research and start out on the conservative side). My recipe was: 5g Creatine, 3g Beta Alanine, and about 6g Citrulline with 200mg of Caffeine, but your requirements may vary (check examine.com for recommended amounts).
