Just ok

Overall, this natural whey is just an average whey protein at best. Like many beginner lifters, this is the protein that I started with because someone suggested it to me. However, I would not suggest this to someone else. The taste is average at best. If you are taking it with water, it's not good at all. The price isn't bad, but there are definitely better options out there.
