PEScience TruCreatine 30 Servings
A basic essential for bodybuilders.
Creatine. The most researched and proven supplement out there. There’s a lot of different forms of creatine supplements though. Creatine monohydrate and creatine HCl don’t come close to this. Taking creatine used to be complicated, but not anymore. You don’t have to load it and stack it with sugar. Just take it as it is. TruCreatine uses creatine anhydrous, by far the purest form out there. And it doesn’t have any taste, so you can take it by itself or add it to anything!
Benefits & Results
This form of creatine is the most superior. Don’t bother taking anything else. 100% of the powder here is creatine. The other forms don’t deliver as much. Creatine monohydrate is only 88% creatine per gram and creatine HCl is only 78% per gram. No other form delivers 100% like this one does.
Take Less, Get the Same Results
With TruCreatine, you only need one scoop per day. The recommended dose for this creatine is 3 grams per day, compared to 5 grams a day with creatine monohydrate. You will see increased strength and muscle mass starting within 1-2 weeks of taking this, and you won’t get any water retention that can sometimes occur with creatine supplementation. If you’ve had issues with creatine supplements before, try this one.
Directions & Dosage
PEScience recommends that you take one scoop daily.

This creatine supplement is comparable in price to most other creatine supplements. It does not have that many servings, so you will need to buy a new tub more often than not. However, since there is no loading phase with creatine anhydrous, a tub should last you a full month. I like creatine anhydrous because it absorbs a little better in the body, and does not cause bloating or anything like some people experience with creatine monohydrate.
